BRAZIL ANNOUNCED 15 SQUADE FOR WORLD CUP 2018

Brazil coach names 15 players for 2018 World Cup

Tite told reporters Friday that although he was focusing on "consolidation of the team... of course, there are openings - six, seven, eight players for us to confirm" in the squad.

Judging by his selections for recent matches, Tite's biggest doubt is over the best player to take to Russia as an understudy for striker Gabriel Jesus, with Roberto Firmino leading that contest so far.
Brazil will play two friendlies before the final squad is announced.

The first will be against Russia in Moscow on March 23 and the other will be four days later against defending world champions Germany in Berlin.

He’s joined by the Manchester City duo of Fernandinho and Gabriel Jesus, as well as the Chelsea winger Willian.

The remaining 11 players are the Paris Saint-Germain quartet of Neymar, Dani Alves, Marquinhos and Thiago Silva, Barcelona duo Philippe Coutinho and Paulinho, Real Madrid pair Marcelo and Casemiro, Roma goalkeeper Alisson, Inter Milan defender Miranda and Beijing Guoan midfielder Renato Augusto.
